14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your High Performance Yoga subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at billing@highperformance.yoga and we will assist you.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, access is paused until the payment method is updated and the renewal succeeds. You can update your card via the customer portal from the Billing page.
